Just to confirm and let everyone know, iVPN is fully compatible with Mountain Lion. Version 6.2 was updated with support for Mountain Lion's Gatekeeper feature. Just make sure that if you are upgrading from a previous version, that you uninstall iVPN first as it can get corrupt during the upgrade process.
If anyone does have any problems after their upgrade, please let me know!Read More

Annoyingly, Apple have refused iVPN access into the Mac App Store again! Apparently, no app in the Store is allowed to ask the user for their password in order to access system files. As you can see here from one of the Mac App Store Review Guidelines...
2.27 Apps that request escalation to root privileges or use setuid attributes will be rejected
Well what use is that to nearly half the programs made for Mac? All those utilities that clean your Mac and back it up or change anything that would require your password aren't going to get in. Seriously Apple, you wanted the Mac App Store to be the one stop shop for all Mac apps, but you're not letting half of the actual useful ones in!
So, sorry to anyone hoping to see iVPN in the App Store, it doesn't look like it's gonna get in. Everyone blame Apple!Read More
